Claude Monet (1840-1926)



Simply entitled Claude Monet (1840-1926), the exhibit at the Grand Palais on the Champs Elysées will put almost 200 works of the much-loved impressionist painter on display.
The exhibition will span 60 years of painting, from the realism of the 1860s to the impressionism of the early 20th century.

Works come from private collectors and galleries; La Femme au Jardin, from The Hermitage in St Petersbourg will be used for the poster and catalogue cover.  Read more.
